Marangu Route

Nicknamed the “Coca-Cola Route,” Marangu is Kilimanjaro’s oldest path and the only one with hut accommodation instead of tents — a faster, more direct itinerary that trades acclimatization time for speed.

Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut

A gentle rainforest walk to your first night’s hut accommodation.
